Top Wealth Group Holding Limited Announces Closing of $8 Million Initial Public Offering (Nasdaq: TWG)

Hong Kong, April 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Top Wealth Group Holding Limited (the “Company” or “Top Wealth”), a Hong Kong-based supplier of luxury caviar products, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 16, 2023, under the ticker symbol “TWG.” The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$8 million from the Offering.  The Crone Law Group P.C. represented the Revere Group, the sole underwriter for the Offering.
