Daisy Dai specializes in SEC-registered initial public offerings (IPOs) and listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and various stock exchanges in China, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate matters.

Before joining The Crone Law Group, Daisy gained extensive experience at leading law firms in Shenzhen, China, where she represented clients across a wide range of industries, including PCB manufacturing, semiconductors, retail, chemicals, and renewable energy. In the semiconductor sector, her clients included companies involved in chip design, production, and sales, ranging from early-stage startups to publicly listed corporations.
