Liang Shih is a senior partner with The Crone Law Group P.C. His practice is concentrated on SEC-registered initial public offerings and listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings, PIPE transactions, and private/exempt offerings. Liang also advises companies and underwriters on compliance matters, including ’34 Act, stock exchange, and FINRA compliance.
Liang has extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region, having worked in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong from 2007 to 2020, and has worked with public and private companies in a variety of industries and underwriters in Asia and North America.
