Crone Represents Idaho Copper Corporation in $18 Million Initial Public Offering and NYSE American Listing

Crone is pleased to announce its representation of Idaho Copper Corporation (NYSE American: COPR, COPR WS) in connection with its $18 million underwritten initial public offering and listing on the NYSE American.

The offering consisted of shares of common stock and warrants priced at $4.85 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $18 million before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock and/or warrants to cover over-allotments, if any.

Idaho Copper intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to complete an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment, commence the first phase of a Prefeasibility Study for its flagship CuMo copper-molybdenum-silver project, and for general corporate purposes.

The shares of common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading on the NYSE American under the symbols COPR and COPR WS, respectively.

Crone is proud to have advised Idaho Copper on this significant capital markets transaction and congratulates the Company on reaching this important milestone. The transaction was led by partner Joe Laxague, with support from senior associate Cassi Olson.
